This is a statue at a park on Lake Washington in Kirkland, WA. It's been there as long as I can remember, and I always loved it as a kid. I never thought of putting clothes on it though. (Update: It's Marsh Park)
I'm using the library wireless from a bench outside because they aren't open yet. I thought this tree looked cool.
